The Children's Home Society of Florida has received a $100,000 donation from the City of Pensacola.
The funding will allow CHS to expand its services and create long-term solutions for young people experiencing homelessness.
The Hand Up for Youth Program will focus on two main areas; supportive permanent housing for youth ages 18-23 and hosting homes for homeless youth ages 16-17.
