Funds from the Columbiana Community Foundation used to purchase tasers for local policemen has helped Officer Mark Edwards in dealing with a man who was charged with domestic violence.
The grant, worth $7,500, was awarded last year and was utilized to purchase five new complete Taser X2 units for the police department.
