The city and the Oklahoma City Community Foundation are splitting the cost to develop a new master plan for a park system for improving and expanding the city's parks in much the same way.
Wallace Roberts & Todd was selected to develop the plan as the firm has developed park system plans in several states, making it a credible partner to build the park system.
