Five Research Grants from MacArthur Foundation

The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation has announced that it will be awarding five grants as part of the How Housing Matters to families and communities research initiative, specifically studies to find out how long-term health and wellness are affected by having housing.

The University of Michigan received $886,000 for a study aiming to find out whether low-income, moderate and well-off seniors are affected differently by service and support interventions.
