The Freeport Community Foundation will hold a special Grant Award Reception to honor those local agencies that received grants as part of the spring 2012 grant cycle.
Some of the recipients of this cycle were Assault & Abuse Services of Stephenson County, District 145 Middle School Anti-Bullying Committee, Sojourn House Inc., the Public Health Foundation of Northwest Illinois and others.
