The Sanginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum received a $15,000 grant from the Bay Area Community Foundation. The grant will be used for energy efficient lighting near the Independence Park Boat Launch.
According to the foundation’s program officer, Lisa Cleland, the grant will be used fore site improvements along the Sanginaw River.
