ArtPlace Awards a $140,000 Grant

Wynwood was known as an art gentrifying urban area which is why the ArtPlace Organization awards a $140,000 grant to the Wynwood Arts District Association of Miami.

The grant will be used to create a Business Improvement District. It will also be used to educate property owners about the benefits given by the Business Improvement District, and to hire professionals to make a framework for the district as well.
