About Us
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation funded 22 projects through the Connect for Health Challenge. A grant of $100,000 was awarded to The Family Partnership Minneapolis, for its Native American Somali Peacemakers project.
The Foundation's purpose is to make a healthy difference in people's lives by improving the community conditions that affect the health of children and families.
