The Home Depot Foundation awarded grants and Swords to Plowshares is one of many community-based organizations to receive grants.
The grant for Swords and Plowshares supports rehab costs for two unique and much-needed housing facilities serving veterans and their families. Swords and Plowshares provides counseling and case management, employment and training, housing and legal assistance to homeless and low-income veterans in the San Francisco Bay Area.
