The Clarinda Foundation announces $50,000 in grant funds for the benefit of area nonprofits.
The nonprofit group recipients who share the grant funds specialize in providing services and opportunities for the welfare of the community and its residents. Executive Director Elaine Farwell says the project will benefit Clarinda in honoring military veterans as well as making the community a a tourist attraction.
