Bolinas Community Land Trust plans to build affordable housing in two locations.
Marin County supervisors approved a $400,000 grant to the trust from the county's affordable housing fund to help cover the project's predevelopment costs.
The project calls for new construction at two locations, a 2.5-acre parcel at 31 Wharf Road in the village's business district and a 20-acre parcels.
