Affordable Housing Adopts New Look

In a recent The Wall Street Journal publication, an article examines retrofitted P.S.109, the first development in New York City's East Harlem for Artspace and a Ford Foundation supported project.

Once construction is complete, the former public school building will provide affordable housing for artists and their families, and creative spaces for community and arts groups.
