Entrepreneurship Creates Jobs, Growth and Innovation

If you're in the market for a new job, Oxford Business College has some advice: Get a degree.

The business school's managing director, Padmesh Gupta, writes in a blog post that "the real accomplishment for any entrepreneur lies in the ability to foster the rise of new visionaries and business leaders," and that entrepreneurship is "essential in creating new jobs, fostering innovation, and driving market competition, benefiting communities and society."

Some of the benefits of entrepreneurship, he writes, include raising the standard of living, creating new jobs, fostering innovation, and cultivating a culture of community pride, among other things:
