The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation awarded a $500,000 grant to the Toledo Museum of Art which allowed them to open three temporary curatorial positions.
According to the museum's Associate director and coordinator Amy Gilman, the grant will pay for salaries, benefits, housing and travel stipends, laptop computers, field trips, and seminars for which experts from other museums will be brought in.
