About Us
Allegiance Health Foundation in Jackson will receive a $150,000 from AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation program, Connections for Cardiovascular Health(SM).
The fund will be used to create the Health Improvement Organization/Community Hearts Project which is designed to reduce cardiovascular risk factors of low-income, underinsured adults upholding the mission to lead the community to better health and wellbeing at every stage of life.
