For the first time in three years, ACT Rochester, in collaboration with United Way and the Rochester Area Community Foundation, has finally delivered a community report card where it compared its grades with New York State.
The results show Rochester is doing as well or better in five of the 12 areas, including children and youth, the economy, education, housing and technology.
