A public benefit program, three funds of $1 million each for education and community projects was announced by Pattern Energy through the Imperial Valley Community Foundation.
One fund would be for the Ocotillo and Nomirage communities, and the other two would benefit Imperial Valley educational causes, job opportunities, and other worthy causes.
