Watertown Local Development Corp. Contributes $10,000 for Multi-purpose Facility

The Watertown Local Development Corp. has agreed to contribute $10,000 to a feasibility study for a proposed 7,000-seat, multipurpose facility on the campus of Jefferson Community College on Coffeen Street.

Tentative plans for the facility include a full-size ice rink that can be converted to a basketball court, a conference room for dinners and special events with seating for more than 500 people and 35,000 square feet of classrooms to be used by Jefferson Community College.
