After Putnam County filed a court action to take back the 43 acres of land it sold to the foundation years ago, the Board of the Putnam Community Foundation says county executives are pursing a misguided course.
The suit maintains that while the foundation said it was purchasing the land for $150,000 to develop senior housing, it has not done so.
