Farmers Can Donate Grain to Floyd County Community Foundation

Floyd County Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa now accepts a gift of grain donations from farmers.

Farmers can take the crop to a local grain buyer and tell them how much grain they would like to put into an account set up by the Community Foundation. The value of the grain can be used to start an endowed fund in the name of an individual or family, for a specific nonprofit organization.
