The Home Depot Foundation has awarded a $5,000.00 gift card to Heartland Independent Living Center through its Community Impact Grants Program and the grant will be used to fund Ramp and Home Modification Programs.
The Community Impact Grants Program of Home Depot Foundation supports the work that local nonprofit organizations, public schools and other community organizations are doing to improve the physical health of the community.
