Home Depot Focuses on Homes for Veterans

Vanessa Small interviewed president Kelly Caffarelli of the Home Depot Foundation and said that they will put their grant dollars, volunteer hours and product donations behind addressing the housing needs of military veterans.

The foundation is funded by the corporation as well as the suppliers that the company purchases merchandise from and was created at a time when companies were rethinking their philanthropy to make sure it aligned with their business model.
