Horizon Foundation for New Jersey Awards $2 Million

The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey has awarded $2 million in grants to support 13 nonprofits which are Federally Qualified Health Centers, free/volunteer clinics and independent clinics in New Jersey.

Metropolitan Family Health Network in Jersey City and North Hudson Community Action Corporation in Union City were among the recipients. The grants will allow community health centers to expand facilities, improve services and serve more patients.
