The Cleveland Foundation has awarded $21.6 million in grants for its third quarter, surpassing the previous record of $21.2 million awarded in the fourth quarter of 2007 and making it the largest quarterly amount in the foundation's history.
The Case Western Reserve University received the highest grant amounting to $10 million to build a new medical education and research building.
