About Us
The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa announced the establishment of a fund from the Harris-Giarusso family of to continue the family's involvement in targeting the issues they most care about in Black Hawk County.
By establishing the funds with the Community Foundation, the Giarussos qualified for the maximum deductions allowed for charitable contributions. They aren't donating to charity; they are investing in the future of the community said Deb Giarusso.
