Building a Healthier Town By Improving Sidewalks

The Western Kansas Community Foundation created Livewell Finney County, thanks to a $75,000 grant from the Kansas Health Foundation.

Working in partnership with Garden City and the Finney County Community Health Coalition, the Foundation wishes to build a healthier town through sidewalk improvements. One of the main goals is to improve sidewalks and crosswalks around the schools, so kids can have a safe and positive learning environment.
