The New Beginnings Attainable Housing Fund of the Chester County Community Foundation is the recipient of a $2,500 grant from the Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation.

The fund raises capital from charitable donors and then deploys it to nonprofit organizations, using grants and loans, for property development and rehabilitation projects that provide safe, attainable housing for people across Chester County.
