If you're in the market for a new place to live in Singapore, you may want to check out this three-bed, three-bath apartment.
It's one of 6,057 units offered by the government's Housing and Development Board, and it's going for just $1.5 million, reports the Straits Times.
That's less than half the asking price of about $3.5 million for a typical HDB flat in the city-state, but it's still a lot more than you'd pay for a one-bed, two-bath apartment in the US, where the asking price is less than half what Singapore is asking, the Washington Post reports.
The apartments are located in an upscale district known as Jurong West, and they're close to public transportation, the train station, and pretty much everything else you'd expect to find in Singapore, save for the fact that they're located in a government-run neighborhood, the New York Times reports.
They're also within walking distance of a primary school, so if you want to go to school in the city-state but don't want to leave your apartment, you can do so in one of the many off-the-plan locations that are available.
