Pakistan's Mehreen Raza and Uganda's Kakembo Galabuzi Brian make up the top two spots.
Raza, 25, is the founder and CEO of She-Guard, a company that produces biodegradable feminine hygiene products.
Galabuzi, 24, is the founder and executive director of WEYE Clean Energy, a social enterprise in Uganda that works with young people to create affordable clean energy solutions.
