And that's exactly what he's done with his Joique Bell Foundation, which aims to improve reading levels among students in Detroit, per Benzinga.
"Growing up, being involved in community service was in me by my parents," says the former Detroit Lion, who's also worked with local organizations such as Detroit PAL and the Children's Center.

The two spoke at a Benzinga Sports Business Titans Draft event in Detroit on Thursday, where they offered advice to young athletes on how to start and run charitable foundations, per the Detroit Free Press.
