That's why the company is teaming up with Founders Factory, a global venture studio, to create a new venture studio that will work with startups in the property, finance, and climate-neutral fields to create solutions, reports the Telegraph.
The idea is to create " frontier technologies, such as generative AI, digital twins, and intelligent infrastructure, can be applied to address the challenges and opportunities of modern urban living," per a press release.
In return for financial support and strategic advantage, Vonovia gets minority shares in the startups.
