Linc Housing Announces Reorganization as Nonprofit Positions Itself for Substantial Growth

"We've spent the last few years putting into place a stellar team of professionals to guide Linc into our next phase of growth, bringing innovation and new ideas that will carry our mission forward," says Rebecca Clark, CEO of Linc Housing, a nonprofit affordable and supportive housing developer in California.

The Long Beach Press-Telegram reports the nonprofit announced major organizational changes and several promotions as it sets out on an ambitious growth strategy through 2027 and beyond.

"Linc recently finished implementing a three-year strategic plan and is launching a new four-year plan that emphasizes growth in housing and community development, increasing positive impact on Linc residents and neighborhoods, fostering a diverse and robust staff, and elevating Linc's brand through advocacy and partnerships," says Suny Lay Chang, Linc Housing president and COO.

"With this new structure, Becky and I will have more time to focus on overarching strategies, including elevating Linc's policy voice and targeting key growth opportunities."

Other promotions include Tiphaine Abarca-Lefevre as director of external affairs, and earlier in the year, Ian Nevarez was appointed director of corporate development and Ian Simpson was named director of asset management.
