Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors aren't just on the court anymore. They're also helping out.

The NBA team's foundation, the Warriors Community Foundation, has awarded a record-breaking $2.42 million in grants to 66 Bay Area non-profits, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

The money will go to programs that include early childhood development, elementary literacy, STEM, and college access and persistence.

"We are proud to partner with the Warriors Community Foundation to make a transformational impact on a generation of youth and support healthy communities where people can thrive where they live, work, and play," says Nicole Lacob, president of the Warriors Community Foundation, in a statement.

The foundation was started 10 years ago by the NBA's reigning champions.

Since then, it has awarded $30 million to support education and youth development in the Bay Area.
